Our base units were developed as radial point riveting units and feature a modular structure in a compact design. Their high degree of adaptability in terms of equipment and technology makes them an ideal solution for modern production and assembly processes. Thanks to its space-saving design, the base unit can be easily integrated into existing production lines and flexibly adapted to individual requirements.
Variable lubrication allows different installation positions. This provides a high degree of flexibility in design and integration, even under demanding installation conditions or in complex system concepts.
Another advantage is the mechanically adjustable riveting spindle stroke, which enables precise adaptation to different workpieces and riveting requirements. This option allows optimum process settings to be implemented quickly and reliably.
