Spindle stroke .... More than ever

One of the largest standard riveting spindle strokes on the market allows our customers to cover various rivet heights in one cycle without changing the riveting unit or changing the home position.

Two riveting performance levels.... Fully flexible

The new basic design of the NE4-U allows riveting forces of up to 40kN. Thanks to clever engineering, the maximum riveting power can now be preselected in two stages. Depending on the connection and process pressure, up to 4 ranges can be utilised by one machine.

Stroke limiter with digital display .... Simply modern

With the newly integrated digital display, the desired riveting spindle stroke can be conveniently set via the integrated ring on the drive motor and read on the display.

Retrofit: Backwards compatible with existing C-frames or uprights. The retrofittability of existing NE300, NE400 and NE430 rivet units was taken into account during development.

Standard lowering protection for the riveting spindle prevents unnecessary downtime or system stoppages. This function is indispensable in complex assembly lines.
